I have this birth deffect called clypo-file that screws up bone your structure and it targets my back and neck, and it makes my neck look really short and that kinda makes me look weird and, well its just annoying. I know there is no way to make my actual neck look longer but if anyone has any idea on hair/clothes/makup that would make it look longer I would love you for ever. Anything that might work would be great!!

Elongate the neck with open necklines such as v-necks, sweetheart necklines and vertical cowl necks. That way the eye will be drawn downward away from your neck.
Don't wear short necklaces, instead wear longer ones to again draw the eye downward.
When choosing hair styles, keep the hair close or off the face.

V-necks, Long straight hair, long necklaces. Stay AWAY from turtlenecks, chokers, and bobs.

maybe low cut tops, v necks,....
