Can you recomend physios for ankle injuries in London please with details and prices etc?

This is more agrivated old injury... Ie sprained got physio seemed fiine for over a year then sveral twists not bad in succession... One recent... not bad ones but appear to have messed it up... So not immediate injury... think its healed up wrong like before...


The physio I got before involved very painful crushing and kneeding knuckles into tissue. Plus stretching, glucosmaine and ibuprofen... But not sure now... was a while ago and bloody expensive then...Aint got that kind of cash now

Hello, I can help if it is a sprain or you twisted it. All you need to do is take Apple cider vinegar pour just a little 1/8 of a cup in a bowl, then mix in baking soda, enough to make a paste with the vinegar. Take the paste and apply it to the ankle . Cover this with a tea towel or small towel, Then wrap that with celophane. So it doesn't drip . Leave this on for at least one hour. Viola, swelling gone! Take care. - sorry I do not live in London. Hi again, I read your additional details and I really recommend that you try this remedy. I have healed so many friends with this. I don't think that kneading the tissue hard sounds helpful . That sounds like it would cause swelling. After trying this inexpensive remedy, you could also "rotate the ankle" this increases circulation . Have a friend apply traction gently, rotate more after. Apply small amount of castor oil at night before bed, like a massage to the ankle and foot. Castor improves circulation too, add a heating pad too it as well. Best of Luck!
