The Democrats were in undisputed power and control of this country for 60 years. They had the House, the Senate and the Judiciary, even under Republican Presidents. You mean to tell me that the wars just started now? That the world just started hating us now?

I am not 100% pleased with the current President or the Republicans in Congress either. I find them to be weak and overly concerned with how the media will portray them. I'm tiered of having to choose the lesser of two evils. However, I see no viable alternative. The current Democrat party has been overrun by Liberal extremists who are bent on the destruction of this country. The Democrat party is not what it used to be. Unfortunately, far too many Democrats are too busy, blindly soldiering away for "the cause", to see that their party has been stolen from them.

Even thought the Republicans have the Presidency and the Majority in both Houses of Congress, they are still bending over backwards to kiss the behinds of their Democrat "friends". Bush has passed more of the Democrat agenda than Clinton did. Clinton was too busy being a rock star to give a darn about this country.

The current Democratic party has no viable platform. They loose elections because they offer no alternatives. The American people are so sick of the negativism in politics that all a Republican has to do to win is stand up and say, "I am not a Liberal". I think this is proved by the fact that the Democrats couldn't even beat a candidate as weak as G.W. Bush. All the Democrats can say is "Bush is stupid". I guess that says a lot about their party when they can't beat such a dummy.

Democrats, by offering no viable alternatives, and by allowing themselves to be controlled by the extreme Left, have done far more to destroy the country that the incompetent Republicans are even capable of.

Your partisan blame game and name calling are just as responsible for the destruction of this country. You're not helping!

What a stupid sore question this is...sigh.

Typical for your kind of people. No real arguments, only the boring general negative approach. Look at your next presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Even the way she opens her eyes in the morning is aimed at gaining power. This is way worse on the democratic side then on the Republican side. Do you think we go to war because Bush wants to be elected ? Of course not, he has served his 2 terms, so why would he do that.

Go live for a few months in an islamic country, might teach you what is going on in the world. You probably haven't noticed September 11, or you think it's not worth doing something about. If you guys stop the war against terrorism soon enough something similar may happen again. I hope you guys will not be the victim, so that you can at least admit how stupid you were.

As the wife of an Air Force fighter pilot and a civil service worker who worked for the Air Force, I can tell you that the public doesn't know 10% of the classified information out there. If they did, everyone would be in full support of the wars in the Middle East. If people hate it here so much and think that America or our President, or party in power, is doing such a bad job, I challenge you to move to another country where things are better and where you could ask a question like this without going to jail or worse.

Probably the same reason why Democrats don't understand that Abortion is murder (yet they hold candlelight vigil's for a condemned murderer on death row), outlawing guns give the criminal's the only chance to defend their selves, that the marriage between two men or two women is not only morally wrong, it is also biblically wrong and the majority of Americans are sick and tired of hearing about all of your "rights" and letting the minority rule.

You and every other Democrat should wake up and realize that we have had four Presidents in the last sixty years who were Democrats for a reason. The majority of Americans think your ideals and morals are corrupt and beyond comprehension. Life isn't all about you regardless of what you think. It is about the whole of America and not just the left wing, liberal Democrat.

you are the coolest lol!

i agree 100%.

plus, EVERY time during election time, they get moderate because they know the american ppl want that. take the minimum wage issue.. if it was up to republikkkans, the minimum wage would be at $1.00.. Yet the American people want it higher, and they know it. so during elections, they vote for it, BUT they add a ton of other junk in it that they know will not pass.. They do it to make it seem like they support minimum wage increase, but they never mention the other junk they added.. it's a way for them to brainwash us into thinking it's about increasing the minimum wage, when really it's making the rich richer.

i wouldn't be surprised if north korea, iran, venezuala, and a dozen other nations are planning an attack on us. hmm, maybe that's why venezuala is increasing their military to 1 million and training the citizens how to fight against american soldiers.

until we can get a dem in office, we are going to be hated more and more. it sucks.

Nice spin.

1.) How is America being destroyed by war? You mean because the dems won't allow us to exploit our natural resources leaving us at the mercy of nutbags in the Middle East?

2.) Debt? That's a laugh. Dems started the deficit in the 60's and continue to increase the problem by increasing spending on "social programs" which are well outside the Constitutional limits of the federal government.

3.) Hated? By whom? You mean terrorists? Who cares? if we are so despised, then why is everyone trying to enter our country to take advantage of our opportunities.

And if you don't like it, please exercise your right to leave. Bye. One-way ticket to wherever you want to go - at my expense.
