I wanna know the reason of the small breasts and if the enlargment breasts operations are danger or not

There are a lot of men, myself included, who would LOVE to date and marry a woman with small breasts. I don't care if they are small enough to be categorized as flat-chested. Small breasted ladies and flat chested ladies are PHAT!!! (Pretty Hot And Tempting!!!)
Many ladies with small breasts find that their breasts are more sensitive and easy to stimulate than ladies with larger breasts. This is because there are the same numbers of nerve endings in the breasts regardless of size. Smaller breasts happen to have the nerve endings more condensed than larger breasts. Some people lose this sensitivity when they get implants.
Please do not consider breasts implants.
1) It is a costly surgery with a painful recovery. Since most insurances will not cover it, it can be very costly.
2) Even though it is an outpatient procedure, complications can develop during and after the surgery.
3) Even with a successful implant surgery, there is no guaranty that you will not have to go back 20 years later for more costly surgeries with painful recovery time.
4) Most men will agree that they much prefer to worship natural breasts instead of fake breasts.
5) Any man worth dating or marrying will want you for you who are and how good a person you are. Either he will not care that your breasts are small or he will be incredibly happy (I would be thrilled!) to be with a wonderful lady with small breasts.
The bottom line is that it is not the breasts that define a woman (just like it is not the penis that defines a man), it is how well they treat others, it is how nice they are and what kind of a personality they have.

You should be comfortable with yourself and not worry about what others think. If you are confident with your breast, you will be more successful with your inner self. Men have to accept you how you are not how you look like.

Don't change yourself for others. It won't affect your sex life. Don't enhance, fake boobs are gross and are as hard as rocks.
