Just out of curiousity, Would they let you take home your fetus in a jar if you aborted it?

It not, Why not?! It's not the hospital or abortion clinic's fetus, it's yours!

haha! stop! I never said I want to have an abortion and keep the fetus. I'm just curious!

Stop being so disrespectful!

It's just a question.

Why don't you go b*tch at people who put up fake, silly, and "prank" questions?

I understand your curiousity.

I too sometimes think about random things, there's nothing wrong with being curious, and asking a question.

Anyway, I had two abortions. After the first abortion, they didn't even mention the embryo. I'm guessing they just through it away.

With my second abortion (this was a later abortion than the first), They asked what I wanted it to be used for. They asked if I prefer it to be used in labs for experiments, etc, or if I want it to be thrown away, OR if I want it to be burnt. I chose for it to be thrown away.

No, They do not ask you if you want to keep it although I have heard that some people cremate the fetus and keep it.

I don't think they'd just let you keep it whole in a jar. It's against the law.

Good luck.

No. Just like all other medical waste, it is disposed of. The only time they might make an exception is if it was an "abortion" of a stillbirth child (when the mother is past 7 months and the baby dies, because it is less painful and traumatic then going through childbirth, some states allow the doctor to do an intact D&X which will mean there would be a mostly complete baby to burry or creamate).

No they don't let you take the fetus home, i had an abortion before and i was 6 weeks along , i had my abortion at home i took the abortion pill. So when it all feel out of me big gelly globs i collected it in a jar, not as a souvenir though just out of curiosity to see if i saw anything to resemble a baby, which i didn't. But it was a pickle jar and it filled up more then halfway .

No, they would not let you keep it. Depending on the age of the fetus abortion clinics sell the aborted babies to be used for a number of purposes. Look it up on Google. Abortion is a big money maker all the way around. Sad really, to think of it. I am against abortion 100%, but there are no stupid questions....only stupid answers. God bless.

My little brother kept his tonsils in a jar of formaldehyde for about 10 years before he finally tossed them out, but an aborted baby is mangled and sucked out, so all it looks like is a big blob of chopped liver. I'm guessing it wouldn't be a very cool show piece to set on the fireplace mantle.

You're telling people to stop being so disrespectful, it sounds to me like you're the one being disrespectful. If you're not thinking of having an abortion why would you post such a ridiculous question? Abortion is murder, why would anyone want a souvenir after murdering someone!?

why the heck does a person want to do that for. They just terminated the life because they did not want it, why keep the aborted fetus.

do no longer comprehend what factor you attempt to make. The "non secular perfect" is for circumcision? not one of the adult men in my family members. on the different hand, there's a flow between the anti-Semites to restrict the prepare. Like hell! i could motivate all Christians to stand with the Jews. So what exchange into your factor?
