I just don't get the hostility that we have for one another.

Duncan: What does getting laid have to do with having compassion for our fellow human being? Your answer is exactly what I am talking about. Why don't you just go F U C K yourself and shut up? How does that feel?

Shakespear said all the world is opinion.I believe that.Whatever message you find on Yahoo Answers is someones' opinion with which you may agree or concur with or not. That is your choice.The greatest gift in life is the gift of choice.Its' your choices, not chance, that determines your destiny.I choose to be careful what kinds of messages I internalize.I ask myself does this message make me feel good about myself and contribute to my achieving my goals.I do not internalize garbage.
Yahoo answers is a global forum.Regretfully,there are negative individuals with negative messages here.My advice is to think smart,focus on the positive(what messages on Yahoo Answers make you feel good about yourself and contribute to your achieving/maintaining your goals) and thereby improve your success in using Yahoo Answers!!

People love to hide behind false fronts
and point fingers.
They were this way long before the computer age.
It appeals to the natural sadist in all of us
because most people never get a chance to vent in a healthy manner,so when the boss has been screaming at some poor shmo for six hours,he can go home,sign on and SPREAD THE MISERY.
I understand the hostility.That doesn't mean I think that it's cool.

There are those that are just frustrated with other issues and express their hostilities here. Of course some of the questions are so inappropriate or down right stupid that hostilities are inevitable.It's difficult to read in the emotions or intent on the written word. I have wanted to ask that question a few times myself. I am not asking a silly question just I wonder how others feel about situations and how they would respond.
Seems like they have an inferiority complex and wish to make others feel as miserable as they are. Thinking it is funny and don't realize that they are actually posting to a real person with feelings.
Keep on posting I am sure there are many great ppl on here who are more then willing to help. Over look the bad ones as it is in life.

I think people are very appropriate.
when you ask "what do you thing..." you should be prepared for all kinds of answers.
Oftentimes HONESTY is termed hostility.
Like when some YOUNG PERSON says: "I'm bored"... I usually let them have it.
I'm not being mean or hostile, just telling them how in the eyes of a creative person... we can't CONCEIVE of someone being BORED. (It proves to us... they're stupid)

There are definately alot of jerks on here, rude comments just angry people. I guess because it's on the internet they feel brave but I can guarantee that if they acted like they do in person with another...they would get their butt's kicked...their just cowards.

People are nasty here because alot of times they are too afraid to say these things to the people around them, perhaps.
Or maybe they are just nasty all the time and don't care.

Because they are low-lives who have nothing better to do. They think being rude is funny when it's totally wrong. I guess some people can't help being who they really are. Just ignore them and have fun. Take care!

Some people are such cowards that they take out their anger on people they can't see and more importantly on people who can't see and name them... It's like they hate themselves so much they can't stand to see that some of us on here just want to help others and find help for ourselves... Ignore when possible, report when necessary, but don't let them win by leaving the board... Peace!
