Hi All,
I was wondering how early in your pregnancy you can start showing. I'm in my first pregnancy at 10 weeks and it feels as though i'm really shwoing, i don't know if its constipation or something else. I had a bit of a flabby stomache before i got pregnant but the rest of me is quite small so i'm really sticking out now. Is it possible to show so much so early? Thanks

I read that if you start showing that early, you are just eating too much. Unless you are really tiny, and then it has nowhere else to go but out. I started showing a little around 12 weeks, but it wasn't until 4 months that strangers could actually tell that I was pregnant for sure. And I'm very small, so go figure...?

I am 13 1/2 weeks pregnant and i am already showing-it started to be noticable about 2 weeks ago- but this week i can't fit into any of my clothes without them being very tight and uncomfortable. I was not at all fat before i became pregnant but i too had a bit of a flabby stomach(it woundn't have hurt me to lose 5 pounds) but this is my second child and i think you "show" sooner with your second baby. I didn't "show" with my first child until i was about 5 months-but i only weighted 120 pounds when i started. Now i started out at 138. So if you have a bit of a flabby stomach or it's your second child you will show quicker. Try buying the book "What to Expect When Your Expecting" it answers alot of questions similiar to yours.

You may feel like your showing now but your really not its just your stomach starting to stretch a little so you feel like your bigger. You probably won't start showing until 4 or 5 months.

I showed early because of my body shape. (very short waisted) the guys at work all thought I was having twins. I looked like 9 months at 6 months.

Yes, depending on your size and stature; small women show early. There is no definite time frame here. And how on earth could you NOT know if you're constipated?

everybody is different my first child i didnt show until i was 5 1/2 mths and then i got really huge so it verys but dont worry its all part of the process enjoy

i am a tiny person about 5'2 and about 108lbs before i got pregnant and even though i am losing weight (morning sickness)i am showing at 12 weeks

I'm a father of two, every woman is different, since you are small anyway you may show earlier.
