Worse ... given the limited resources on the planet, eventually some descendant of mine will have a few molecules that he once encompassed. Eeewwww!

Well, Richard Simmons is certainly one of a kind, I'll agree.

But, having seen enough footage of him in situations OTHER than Sweatin' to the Oldies, I am convinced that he is filled to the brim with compassion. I'm convinced he has genuine love for people, and is one of those very rare creatures who gives a sh1t.

If these qualities were spread out over the Universe, the benefit would be beyond calculation.

And, I know you secretly admire him!

No you can't destroy matter and what I mean is that you can change it's form but you can't obliterate it - it turns into something else even if you blow it up and Richard Simmons will live eternally on through videos, DVDs and other media forms thanks to modern technology. Unfortunately, not all of us feel irritated over this individual and so he will not be eradicated. His face will probably if it doesn't already appear on foods you find in the supermarket and in bookstores forever. There is no escape.

Richard Simmons is an arrangement of matter. So, no, Richard Simmons will not always exist.

This question rocks.

Yes, Richard Simmons will never dissapear. He is like gravity, momentum, velocity...

He is part of the Universe. He is the sole reason why the Universe can operate so smoothly. He is the energy empowering all matter.

AAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!! Now there is a possible scientific theory for the continued existence of Richard Simmons. I knew that my science would fail me. Now all the weird people will have reason to exist. WAIT, I am one of the weird people. Never mind.

When they say matter, they are referring to subatomic level. eletrons, protons, neutrons will always exist. They cannot be destroyed. They can only change in composition to become different elements. So if you know the exact compound of Richard Simmons and have the technology to reconstruct him. He just might. haha...........

I am going to step forward and say to the world

I LIKE RICHARD SIMMONS. I THINK HE INSPIRES PEOPLE BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES AND HIS WORKOUT VIDEOS ARE APPROPRIATE FOR HIS INTENDED AUDIENCE, FOR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER!!

It is always much better to do a workout that may be just a little too easy, get through it feeling better about yourself and then do it again another day THAN to try one that is way more than you bargained for, feel like a loser dork and give up.

Matter is frequently destroyed in the process of fission. Every nuclear
power plant out there is routinely turning a small amount of matter into
energy according to e=mc^2. It is also happening in some stars in the
later part of their lives.

While we're at it, fusion also converts matter into energy (same formula).
That is happening in EVERY star out there.
