Go For it! ... Im a frequent visitor at our local tracks and I see young babies in their carriers there all the time. I Took my son to his first Nascar race at 3 yrs old. He got cooked! ugggggg But Screamed all the way out of there. He did NOT wanna go :-( I had to leave about halfway through because it was too hot for him :-s
And Thanks for supporting your local track :-) ..... Its getting to be about the ONLY sport that is AFFORDABLE that a Family can enjoy together now.
Our Tracks Only cost 10 to get in and Kids 12 and under are FREE!!

We take my daughters 6 and 1 to the local drag strip all the time. I took my youngest when she was 8 months, but she didn't like it. There was to much noise from the Pro-stock cars that were there, those guys were really loud that night. I haven't taken her back yet, to see how she will react this time around.

My son was 5 months old also. I would take the baby, but be sure to have ear protection. he might like the excitement.

i would think as long as he can sit still long enough to watch it, he should be fine. i have a 4 yr old girl that i would love to take to a race, but i know that she won't be able to sit still, and i don't feel like chasing after her .. lol. if you do take him, make sure you bring earplugs! :-)

Go Dale Jr!! #8 .. he's a hottie (as my daughter says lol) :-)~
