My wife lied,she told me she could never get pregnant(she said she had a Hysterectomy) ..now she is 3 months pregnant?
Thats one of the reasons i married her She knew I did not want kids ever and she agreed ..now she wont get rid of it.What can i do???????????......can I Sue her to get rid of it
I have three pitbull dog's ,They are my children .they are not too friendly with children .Can you beleve it....My wife has the nerve to ask me to get rid of my boy's(the dogs) What kind of mother would she make if you can just throw out part of your famiy members (the dogs)Should we seperate.or is there any legal action i can take.
How can i ever trust her again?

Your wife may have honestly believed she couldn't get pregnant. It defies logic that one could get pregnant after having a hysterectomy, but it can happen. Did you think to do any research on that?
Why would your first and only conclusion be that she lied? Sounds like you're very immature in your thinking and selfish. Maybe you should separate so she won't have the pain of dealing with you.

If she said she had a hysterectomy, and clearly didn't, you have grounds for an annulment based on fraud.
Some women figure they'll trap you, and then you'll change your mind when you become a father. Stupid, but it happens.
You can't force her to get rid of the child. Under today's law, it's her body, she gets to choose not you.
This is a huge breach of trust, and no, I doubt you'll ever be able to trust her again. I'd leave her, but keep in mind that you will be liable for child support for the next 18 years.

I could be that she did have a hysterectomy but that they left her ovaries just removed her utuerus. You can verify that by speaking to a doctor and seeing if at all that is possible.No u cannot sue her to get rid of it.How can u expect her to get rid of her child when u wont get rid of your pitbulls because u consider them your children.What kind of father dose that make u u want to keep the dogs but not the child?

You know what... this sounds like you have a lot of problems that are with her regardless of this current situation. My suggestion to you is that you need think about what you really want.
Legally, if she told you that she wasn't able to have children, then you have no responsibilty to the children except for if you want to keep them. I've heard of cases where the women tricked the guy into having sex with them under the women saying that they were on the pill, but were in fact not on the pill...
Though, I'd hope that after you calm down, you'd be able to try to take care of the kid, I know that you didn't orginally want it, but down the road you may come to realize it is a good thing.
And there is no reason I could see getting rid of your dog, I'd be suprised if you two have a kid and dosen't like the kid, because it will smell like your kid and they will know to take care of it...

Well, if she lied to you, I would think it is because she did love you and do you think you would of married her if you knew she could have a baby? She must of loved you to marry you knowing this. How do you think she felt having to tell you that she is pregnant. I bet she was scared out of her wits! But knowing you love her, she trusted in your marriage and love. Only one important question you need to ask yourself, is that do you love her...when you truely love a person it is unconditional. If you have to keep asking yourself if you do... then the answer is apparent... you dont. If you dont, then leave. If you do, then you will do what it takes to make it work and love YOUR baby with every fiber in your body and soul. The baby will always be a part of your life. And think of this......ten---twenty---thirty years from now, when your child comes up to and asks.... WHY DIDNT YOU WANT ME? What will you say!

She should leave you and urs boys buddy. She needs a man that can take care ofher and the baby. I hope she leaves you and ur boys.

She might have something so she can't have kids but miracles happen maybe. You should try maybe ur babies(the dogs) will like the baby.

WOW, what an a**. My sister was told she could never get pregnant but at 32 she found out she was........her husband didn't divorce her, but instead rearranged his life to accept his beaming new baby boy.
As for your wife, if she has any sense at all, she should leave you and your boys to yourselves and get out and get a real man, one who cares more about her than the boys!!!

That sounds kinda like entrapment to me, I think you both should separate, she knew how you felt, and the worst part is, is what kind of lie she told you. another possibility is consulting a lawyer who deals in civil things?...im not sure if that is the right type of area. the other is getting a parernity test, or giving up your parental rights?...just a few thoughts..
ps NEVER trust her again...

well, from what i've read... you're a bit of a hypocrite. You're mad because she wants you to get rid of your babies (the dogs) imagine how she feels about her baby (the actual baby). she might be a liar, but i guess what you should do is bare with? i mean, ask yourself if you really want to leave your wife over a pregnancy? well, your choice

You should leave her and not be a part of the child's life. That was a horrible thing she did to you. Unfortunately, it's too late for you to 'help' her abort it by slipping her vitamin C or something. Dude...I feel so bad for you.
