the only place that has the cheapest mobile payg is amazon.co.uk, trust me this is the site for mobiles at very very cheap prices, let me know if you fing one!

There are loads of shops on the high streets as already mentioned. Carphone warehouse, Phones 4 U have good offers sometimes. Even supermarkets such as Asda have good deals.
Also try www.dialaphone.co.uk. They have a pay as you go section with some good deals. Eg. SE K750 for 99.95, Motorola V3 69.99.

I got my Motorola Slvr for 59.99 with 30 pounds airtime vouchers and a free bluetooth headset.
Failing that tesco mobile or sainsburys mobile for cheapy phones.

It depends what you are looking for. Virgin do good phones but maybe you would be cheaper getting a handset on ebay then getting a sim card. Dont easy mobile do the cheapest calls?

woolworths is good as they have different offers for different networks on every few weeks. also another good place to look is the link. I bought a sagem with camera and video capabilities from the link for just £50. Another thought is www.play.com they have excellent deals and you dont pay postage

eBay, i just bought a k750i for under £100...you can get anything for cheap from there...all you need is someone who would do you a favour of ordering the phone for you and then you can pay that friend up front! :-)
oh and dont sainsbury's sell phones too? well some grocery store does....
