My wife lied,she told me she could never get pregnant(she said she had a Hysterectomy) ..now she is 3 months pregnant?
Thats one of the reasons i married her She knew I did not want kids ever and she agreed ..now she wont get rid of it.What can i do???????????......can I Sue her to get rid of it
I have three pitbull dog's ,They are my children .they are not too friendly with children .Can you beleve it....My wife has the nerve to ask me to get rid of my boy's(the dogs) What kind of mother would she make if you can just throw out part of your famiy members (the dogs)Should we seperate.or is there any legal action i can take.
How can i ever trust her again?

Pack up "The Boys and go". No trust means it is over. Although you will still have to pay child support. i hope you have some sort of proof she told you that , you may be able to get an annulment. I would insist on a paternity test to make sure it is yours . Anybody that is capable Of a huge lie such as that, could have also been cheating.

She was wrong for lying to you, but she probably did that because she did not want to lose you. HOWEVER, what kind of a person, human being are you to rather have your dogs, than live with your own race, a child that YOU have created, do you not have a heart or feel anything at all. You seem to have a better connection and understanding with your dogs than your wife and the being you have created. You want to sue her? She does not deserve you, you are heartless. Yes, she did lie, but you really are cruel. When you are old and saggy, I don't think your 3 dogs will bring you a glass of water or ask you how you're feeling. You have the cheek to comment on her potential as a mother saying that "you can't just throw out part of your family". Just what exactly are you proposing she does to YOUR child. You don't want it thrown out, you want it KILLED. Get treatment, you need to get your head in order and see to your priorities. The fact that you have 3 pitbulls says a lot about your personality. Shame on you.

Your wife may have honestly believed she couldn't get pregnant. It defies logic that one could get pregnant after having a hysterectomy, but it can happen. Did you think to do any research on that? Why would your first and only conclusion be that she lied? Sounds like you're very immature in your thinking and selfish. Maybe you should separate so she won't have the pain of dealing with you.

No child or animal deserves to be in a home where they are not wanted. She wants the baby, you want the dogs, what's the problem?
You have the right to be upset over her lying to you. This is not a situation that is good for anyone. As for legal action; why would you try to take action against someone that wants something that you don't? Just end it amicably.

The trust is very important in a couple and she disappointed you.
You can stay with someone who didn't tell you the truth about herself.
It's hard to give our trust after. So if you don't love her any more, the only thing you have to do, it's to leave her.
Because this future baby will not be happy if his father don't love him because he never wanted to be a father.
And one more thing, are you nuts to compare a dog with a human?
And she was nuts either to desire a baby of you?

You both sound as bad as each other. I suppose you could try to get an annulment- if she married you under false pretences, it may not be legal. You can't force her to terminate, but you definitely need to separate- no trust left in the marriage.
