Borders or WaldensBooks. For internet you can on ebay or amazon. Or you could just go on google and type in what book your looking for and you can find it somewhere.

I usually buy mine at Borders. Sometimes they have a buy 2 manga books and get a third free. The internet has tons of stores to purchase manga from, but the shipping sometimes is as much as the book, so really study the shipping rates.

If there are any comic stops in your area, that'd be the first place to look. Conventional bookstores (IE Coles) usually have a sparse collection (one rack. In bigger stores (IE Chapters) there might be a shelf or two.
Otherwise, I'd order online. There's a great site called the Anime Cornerstore ( http://www.animecornerstore.com/ ), and there are a bunch on eBay. Amazon.com also has some.

It depends how much you want the series. If you want the books right away I would say buy them noe. If you like collector's editions ten waiting for a boxed set is a good choice. I am a person who wants the newest right now so I recommend buying separately but it is mostly your preference!

Borrow some in the library! In my public library, there's tons of comics and manga! But sorry that i don't know where to buy them...

Barns and Noble is a good place. Books of a millon, Borders try them.
