When you log in, click on your happy face on the top left. Then go to EDIT MY INFO in blue letters. After that go to the section PICTURE. There you go to USE MY YAHOO! AVATAR, and make your picture. Then save it.

choose edit profile then choose between ur avatar or ur 360 pic..if u dont have a360 then u have to set one up first then edit ur info good luck
