i used so tampons and i feel so protected and now people say i should`nt use them but my mom says its ok just as long as i rember to take them out.

There's nothing wrong with using tampons. Some women love them. I use both. Tampons during the day and pads at night. Pads are so yucky, though. Your mom's right, just remember to change them often.

When I go to the store & my wife needs something like that she asks me to get tampons. So, I'd have to say tampons.

you are suppose to leave it in for only a few hours once they have been in too long they can start to grow bacteria.I love tampons and thats all I use.Once you know your body inside and out you will know how long you can comfortabley leave in a tampon before you need to change it out.I think if you wear a pad they are bulky and I prefer to be secure

Tampons are absolutely fine so long as you're careful. Don't leave them in for over 6 hours, and don't sleep in them. If you follow those guidelines, you should be just fine.

tampons are better for me. Tips: watch your flow don't use a tampon meant for a heavy flow when you are having a light day. change out every 6 hours. Good Luck

You know what,I use both.Like your mom said,just remember to take the tampons out.Change frequently to keep fresh and sweet smelling at all times |:-)

i like both for extra protection i wear the tampon and a regular pad.....there ok to use as long as you change them regularly

haven't used either in about 10 years. Try this product called "Instead". You can wear them for up to 12 hours, take some getting use to but once you start you can't stop.
they are great for me...I work shift work and if I am out on a call and can't get to a bathroom, I know I am ok.

I prefer diapers... I mean pads! Because tampons induce your risk of getting toxic shock syndrome.
