What are some good games to play at a baby shower?

Buy a diaper pin or the bigger sized pins. Women are notorize for crossing their legs while sitting. Play this through the whole game. Have each person pin one to the pant leg or end of dress. When a person crosses their legs the first person to point it out gets that persons pin. At the end of the game the person with the most pins wins.
Another game: Hand each person a piece of paper and pencil and tell them that they are going to sketch a picture of the child to be. Only they will do this on top of their heads.Tell them not to forget the eyes, nose, ears , mouth and hair in the right spots.
When finished take a vote on who drew the best baby. Give pictures to the mom.

you could play the price is right. you have a bunch of baby items and guests try to guess how much it is, the person with the most accurate guesses wins. or you can play this game where you put a bunch of baby items on a tray, you show the tray to the guests for about a minute and then put it away, whoever can remember the most items on the tray wins.

I've played this at several, including my own. It's an oldie, but fun. Pass around a couple rolls of toilet paper, and tell everyone to pull off a piece as long or short as they want it. Then the mom to be stands up, and one at a time the guests come up with their piece and tries to wrap it around her belly. The one that fits the closest to the size of her belly, wins! It's funny because you'll have a few people that tore off a single square and are sitting there going, huh??

We played guess what's in the diaper. you buy different types of baby food and pour some in diapers, close them and number them. then you pass them around and the guests write down the number and what they think is in the diaper. the most correct wins! Also we took long grain rice and put it in a bowl uncooked, we added those tiny little safety pins, and mixed them up, then blindfolded each guest and made them search for 1 minute and counted how many they had. We also had doll diapering races!

a fun game i have played is to get a gift bag and put baby items in it and make the guest wear a blind fold while feeling in the bag then trying to write down what they felt. the one who gets the most wins. and the mommy to be gets the bag of goodies
