Not living in Montreal I can only suggest you try the following.

and see if they list any community clubs in your area.
Another good source is the Yellow pages, The Boys and Girls Club, or community newsletters. Most community associations have several sports and recreation clubs.
14 is a bit late to be starting, so I would avoid the premier clubs, who are more interested in the above average player anyway.
A community association should be able to place you on a team that suits your skill level.

Try playing for your school. Go to the coach, express your strong interest, and try out. If that fails, I'm sure you could find a league, although I'm not from Montreal.
