You go girl! It's awesome that your going to tell her. Not many have the guts nor the honesty about them. I understand that your nervouse so here is what you should do. Just go up to her, calmly say that you have something to tell her and just do it. Make sure that you are completely honest, straight foward, and look her in the eye, apologize and ask her forgiveness. Don't be whiney or anything just gracefully go about it. Then be ready to take whatever punishment she gives.
(She isn't the abusive type or anything right? Because if she's mentally ill or anything you may want to go about it a different way like with someone else in the room. Not being disrespectful of course, I was only assuming it a normal situation.)

Ok first of all WHAT KIND OF MOVIE WAS IT????? Hmmmmmm? If it was just a plain old movie-something scary like that- I wouldnt really scream too much if my son did it. I have a 15 year old son. I would say- find a way to come up with $4.oo and hand it to her and tell her your sorry-but u ordered a movie on Pay per view and u want to pay for it. Im sure it would mean alot to her! Good luck! Or offer to work it off by doing dishes all weekend or washing her car!

Well, you've went behind your mom's back and did precisely what she told you not to do. We all struggle with this. Now, she may be upset, but the key here is honesty. Make sure to tell her the truth. Now, I'm not sure what kind of pay per view this is (ahem), but you may want to discuss your motives with her as well. She should understand as she probably went through similar things as a teen. Sometimes we forget that our parents were teenagers too, and they have sometime been through very similar, if not the same, situations. Another important lesson: listen to your mom the next time she asks you not to do something. You'll save yourself the stress and save her money.

Take your money with you to pay her back for watching it. Tell her directly that you have disobeyed. You know that there will be consequences and you are prepared to accept them.
And don't do it again.

just tell her the truth and if she realizes you really mean that you are sorry adn that you will never do it again maybe she won't be as upset as she would've been...but you have to make sure that it all comes from your heart!

admit to your mother that you watched it and then tell her how much you really didn't mean to upset her then ask her what you can do to make it up to her.
