pc parts/ hardwear citrus hieghts ca.?

I have a 2000 modal compaq pasario and I need to up grade it as much as posible harddrive, prosseser, 3d,cd all need up grade and I dont get or have much money to use and only use cash. Any help is welcomed it's hard starting over. Thank You for your time.

You need to be able to buy over the internet with a credit card. If you cannot get a regular credit card - get a pay in advance credit card. Otherwise use the local computer stores in citrus heights. Or drive to the SF Bay Area and go to Fry's Electronics.
