Best thing is to hire professional movers. It can be costly, but if you don't want to do the driving, someone has to.

If you have a lot of personal items and furniture to move then you might be better off to hire a moving company. But please read the contract in detail as I've heard horror stories of movers holding people's belongings hostage because of some fees that were not discovered prior to their moves. Your auto can be moved to same way as there are companies that specialize in moving only vehicles across the US. Again, just be sure to scrutinize the contract carefully to see what damages the carrier is responsible for as well as additional fees, if any. Take pictures of your car and your belongings so that you have proof of the condition of your things prior to handing control of them over to the carrier. Also, with respect to your furnishings, make a detailed inventory so you can make sure everything gets to the other end of the trip. Good luck.

Hire a professional driver, or a moving company.

rent a boat for your car and make sure you tell them to drop it off in san fransisco then anyways you'll get off at the San Fransisco airport......so then take a taxi and pick up your car&&If you want you could tell the cab to follow you to your house/apartment/studio etc.

If you have no furniture, find an auto transporter and ask if you can pack the truck with boxes, etc.
