Not a populated country with the issues they have....but yes, in a new country where there were rules to establish instead of laws, I'd go there and be a pioneer. The new world was like that to a degree.

I think it sounds like a great idea and Id totally love to live there, as long as everyone genuinely respected each other and their property and belongings. People make mistakes and if we could work them all out, take blame if its your fault, accept partial blame when its valid, just get along, in general. I wish all of our countries could live like this.. But people are people and people are crazy and they do stupid things...its a wonderful idea to dream about though!
