Put it this way. Try jumping off first with your mouth openned wide, and head down first, and then take a pee. I think you and you're pee wil hit the ground at the same time while you swallow your own pee. This way you do not have to worry about which will hit the ground first.

the man I threw off and then decided to pee on. No, seriously, the urine will hit first. Urine falls in droplet form; droplets are almost perfectly aerodynamic, the human body, as many experiments have taught us, is not. The body will be slowed by a much higher drag. Furthermore, I am assuming that you are falling chest facing down; this means the urine will leave you going in the direction of the ground. The force of the urine being expelled from you coupled with the aforementioned faster falling of urine means it will hit the ground first anyway.
at terminal velocity (v)=F(acceleration)-F(friction). There is much more friction on a human body than a droplet of urine, so the urine actually has a higher terminal velocity. Less friction means it will accelerate faster as well. So the urine will always be ahead of the body (it leaves first and is faster)

The urine will reach terminal velocity sooner than you will, and it's velocity will be less than yours, so depending on how far you fall, you will collect most of it, then you'll all hit the ground together.
