There's this condition known as torsion of the testes, where the spermatic cord twists and cuts off the blood supply to the testicle. It can happen suddenly.
Immediate treatment can save the testes, but if delayed more than 12 hours, tissue death can occur for which the testicle may need to be removed.

While I think the scenario may be exaggerated, it is possible for the vas deferens suspending the testicles to become twisted. This is referred to as a torsion, can be quite painful, and can lead to the loss of the testicle if left untreated.

I was on a first aid course, and we were told about a rugby player whose leg became dislocated at the pelvis, his mates pulled the leg to snap the bone back into the socket, but his testicle was caught between the leg and the socket.
Ouch.
Ouuuuccchhhh!

God shows up for various human beings. Angels take place and that still confirms peoples concept in God. to boot, no person would even come on the brink of calling any restoration a miracle if scientific technology had no longer already shown that it became into hopeless. a scientific rationalization of restoration does not intrude with faith in God: except the restoration became into issued to god as a project. uncommon. Your given version of miracle is base. i do no longer like it. I choose the enlightened version that perceives miracles as advantages and as a result inspires graciousness.

It might be the truth. You can twist testicles , which cuts off the blood supply.
I won't go into any more details, as I have just brought a tear to my eye

Stranger things have happened, but it sounds like stuff for the National Enquirer to me. It would be easy to determine the genuiness of this story. Just Google "mixed nuts."

The latter. Most likely, he was just stretching the truth. If the runner existed at all, he might have pulled something like his groin and needed some medical treatment. *shrug*

Yes and this is why any (too) loose underwear is bad for you. It's called gravity (same would happen if a woman didn't wear a bra) so throw away all those loose stupid hanging boxer shorts and stock up on y-fronts. Calvins look in fact quite sexy!!!

As funny as it sounds (actually it doesn't sound funny to me, it sounds terribly painful) it does happen. It's called Testicular Torsion. I found this website for you:
http://www.healthsystem.virginia.edu/uvahealth/peds_urology/testor.cfm
It makes more sense for you to read it than for me write it all out.
Have a great, pain-free day!
