If you are rough enough to tear the intestine infectious material can slide through the tear and infect your gut. This is called peritonitis.
If not treated quickly peritonitis can quickly become septicemia (infection in all of your blood). This can cause all of your organs to shut down.
While the vagal nerve is in this area stimulating the vagal response will only lower your blood pressure and might make you feel a little dizzy... but it's likely you won't even know it. It is only dangerous if you have an extremely fragile heart condition.
If you are having anal sex be sure you or your partner always wears latex condoms (not goat skin etc...) and use a ton of lubicant.. much more than someone would with vaginal sex.
Be gentle and always go by what the person on the receiving end says.

The only way it can lead to death is if you have sex with a partner that has HIV, or the other person has a large penis and tears the anal tissues each time they enter. I would suggest using a good ky lubercant, and laying on my stomach and putting a pillow or other support under the pelvis. REalize it will be sore for a few days. You should limit this activity.

Yes. A man in Washington state had anal sex with a horse and suffered a lethal ruptured colon. It didn't hurt the horse, though, at least not according to the news reports I read.

yes, it's known as vagal stimulation. The vagus nerve is one of the twelve cranial nerves and it is near the rectal area (a long nerve), when this nerve gets stimulated it can essentially cause the heart to stop beating, leading to a heart attack and death. Take your pulse while you have a bowel movement some time, you'll feel a change when you're pushing one out.

Sex toys are as a rule tapered on the finish, tapered that means rounded and gentle, intended for insertion. A marker isn't tapered, as a rule, and your anus has very fragile tissues across the external and within that may tear very with ease. Be extra cautious, inflicting open cuts can motive infections; STD's and or else
