Oh Hun my heart goes out to you
just like a man huh cant see there ex having a life sounds like most men when they break up with there partner
i think it might be a good idea to get a lawyer but if you don't want that
i think your going to have to try and get a 121 with him and sit and talk
i bet he would chat to you but his male pride is in the way
you need to see your kids he has no right not letting you see your own kids
men make me so sick at times they go on like they are the only person that's needs to be heard there is never another side just there's
you may have to bite your tongue while he goes on and on at you
but i have a feeling he will let you see the kids but you might have to listen to a load of rubbish of him 1st
i wish you luck Hun
respect
shaz

This sounds like a lot of fraggin-ackle bullsh*t to me!
1) YOU like the fact that he is jealous 'cause it makes YOU the center of his attention!
2) Your new beau should do all of the folllowing:
-look at YOU through a different set of eyes, 'cause you like
the attention that YOU have been receiving!
-leave you with smoke behind him and stop long
enough to look back to make sure you weren't following him
...AND...
-buy a gun and keep it loaded 'cause women with a mindset
like you have gotten men killed over jealous ex-
husband/bullsh*t reasons,
3) Your sister had no business telling your ex any of your personal business. BUT...you're OK with it because...SEE #1!
4) If you really wanted to see your kids, you would talk to/through your attorney! PERIOD! But, you probably don't have an attorney 'cause...like I said...read #1!

you need to get a lawyer and petition the courts for joint custody. You can even request a mediator be present when you visit with your kids. The mediator can even pick up your kids and bring them to you.The great thing about that is he will have to comply with the order of the court or lose his right as custodian. It depends on how your state dictates things like that though.

If he is your ex husband and he has custody of the children, just talk to your lawyer. A mutual arrangement can be set up where you do not even have to see him when you see your children. Good luck.
