me partner and i have to be long distance partners for 18 months he lives in australia and i live in england after 18 months to 2 yrs he will move here and live perm.

if the love and commitment are there yes, my partner is from NZ and we had long distance r/ship on line for 2 years before we met up and she comes for holiday and has been here for now 3 years, so yes they do work if you work at them and keep the desire and love going, it is hard sometimes but if youlove each other then go for it, my partner still waits for clearance and I hope we not forced to seperate now for any time as it would be so hard to do
