I only have these cramps when I am on my feet for a little while. I am also feeling lots of pressure "down there". I also have this ache right in the middle of my lower back. Am I worrying for nothing?

you may be just having braxton hicks contractions which is normal. if your contractions get close together get to the hospital. this may sound kind of gross but oh well, if you feel like you have to take a poop, your baby is about to come out.

Honestly? It sounds like Braxton Hicks. Try sitting down and putting your feet up and even though I'm sure you're sick of it, drink some more water. Dehydration is one of the causes for Braxton Hicks-like Feelings.

If the pain gets closer and closer or if you other symptoms, do not hesitate to call your OB...that's what they get paid for. Better to be safe than sorry.

(Pressure could be a sign of things changing...you may want to call anyhow...)

nicely, I extremely were pregnant two times, once resulted in a miscarriage and the different is now a wholesome 18 month old boy. With both pregnancies I had cramping that felt the exact same both cases. that's asserted to be thoroughly commonplace till you sense that cramping with blood. So, dont be frightened in any respect except you be conscious blood.

Sounds like you need to stay off your feet as much as possible. Your baby could be starting to drop, and even though it might seem early for that, every pregnancy is different. For now, take it easy and at your next appointment, discuss all this with your doctor. Good luck, and congrats on your upcoming addition :)

They sound like braxton hicks.
Talk to your doc, they might want to do a nonstress test, but as long as you have no bloody discharge they will probably just tell you it's normal.

Call Labor and Delivery at your local hospital and speak to a nurse right NOW!!!!

Do not ask people online, just go get you and your baby checked out.
