from 1 side.... the 6270 works with series 40 that u can't download much application & software..but the 3250 works with series 60 so u can download the applications & software u want also the 3250 has extra music features
from the other side....they both have 2MP camera but the 6270 has flash LED that means high imaging qaulity in night & the 3250 doesn't have it...it's up 2 u...but 2 me i prefer the 3250 coz it RoCkS

3250 is better because:
1.he has a operating system called symbian
2.has a larger memory
3.has a digital 4x automatic zoom
4.better battery
