What is the proper format for writing a Film Treatment?

a treatment is a formalized outline that covers the 3 primary beats of the story -

Best way to write it is to take each major scene and outline what oyu want to happen, then go back and condense it into a free-flowing summary...

Is this a feature script, etc... Normally you are writing a treatment for yourself, as a guide and fleshing out method for the larger project...
