i am having problems with my clutch the problem is there is no fluid getting to the clutch slave cylinder although there is fluid in the clutch master cylinder's resivour. what could possibly be wrong? could it be a blocked tube, dodgy rubbers in the master cylinder?

a little background on the slave cylinder is that it is only about 4 months old at the max so i dont think it is to do with the slave cylinder i think it is to do with something else maybe blocked pipes

any help much appreichated

regards
Mark

yep, the hose could be internaly checking, i.e. coming apart. try this. open the bleeder valve and have some one push down on the clutch pedal, close the valve before the release the pedal. do this a couple of times and if no fluid is present then look at the hose or a faulty master cylinder.

either air in the system (needs to be bled) or worn out master cylinder.
