After not seeing someone for a period of time, do you slowly start to forget what they look like?

I slowly begin to forget their face. I can still keep them pictured in my head, but vaguely.

You do actually forget what they look like. Your memory does noto hold onto faces for a long time in it's memory bank so if you try to think of their face alot of times you can't see them. What you should try to do is think of an experience or an event that you shared with that person and the images will coime thru easier than if you just try to think of their face and what they look like.

YES! I HATE that! It's kind of creepy. That's why I love to take lots of pictures of people. But once I see that person I recognize them immediately. It's really odd.

I would still recognize them if I saw them but I start to begin to have trouble picturing them in my mind

You probably would forget the finer details of them. You would most likely remember them, though, if you saw them years later.

when i think back to someone I remember the way they made me feel, and maybe there lips when i moved in for a kiss but it can be hard to remember the details of there face.

No. Actually, even when seeing someone after a number of years, you recognize them (or at least I do!)

yes my mom died 13 years ago and i have to try hard to remember what she looks like....and me and my boyfriend broke up and the only way i dont forget him is to look at his jail pic lol

yes its hard to retain a picture in your head that is accurite in detail ...just a basic visual of them for me..probably of the last time i saw them...
