Yes, that seems like the perfect amount. Doctors usually recommend 7-9 hours of sleep, and even more if you're a teenager. If you feel good when you wake up I'm sure you're doing the right thing!

Go for quality sleep.....deep undisturbed sleep. If you do that for 9 hours, so it is good. The number of hours will shorten as you age older.

wel 9 is pretty good, but dont sleep more than that i sometimes sleep more than 12 cause i sleep these days more than 12 hours and am toooo lazzzzyyy

Depending your age... It works for me, and it's better than getting less sleep.

yes , definitely. sometimes i like to go for 16 hrs- it gets me supercharged.
