According to an insurance test about how stressed you are and what % chance you have to have a heart attack or stroke, I should have keeled over in 1978! And I hadn't had as much stress then as since then! So I would have to say VERY HIGH STRESS LEVEL!!

i'd say when it comes to physical and mental stress - i have a very high tolerance for stress, i can work non-stop and not sleep.

however when it comes to emotional stress, im pretty sensitive. i don't like to get yelled at or i can't deal with people with attitudes (and it's hard for me to just shrug it off, the stress lingers for a long time) if i get humiliated, or my boss reprimands me, people who treat me bad -- and those stuff -- they get to me.

i can handle a deadline, i love deadlines... i can work all day just to meet the deadline, i don't mind, and believe me, i'll get it done. but if there is any emotional stress involved, it throws me off and affects my performance. that's why i prefer to work alone and nothing that involves public contact, which is ironic since im taking a degree in the medical field. (parents' wishes... long story)

Depends on the source of the stress.

But overall i'd say somewhere between low and medium.

(I do not like stress.)
