if you are having difficulty getting pregnant, then you need to be evaluated. get professional help. but, after your guy orgasms, make sure to tilt your pelvic area up for a few minutes afterward to help the sperm get deep into your body. help out a little. make sure you and your guy are eating healthy diets so that your reproductive systems are healthy and up to the work. have sex often, but it will happen. try to find out when you are ovulating. have sex more when you are. good luck

go get the ovulation test from any drug store or just wait until your period is over and you ovulate 12 to 14 days after your period so try to get pregnant between day 12 and 14.

okay this is goin to sound weird but my hubbys mom said that if you lay real still and not move, get up, pee or nothin for 15 min.,, you could become pregnant,, i did not believe her but i tried it and now i have two babies

get a book or ask a doctor. some sexual positions are better than others for pregnancy possibilities. good luck. : ).

Well, have sex....Know your ovulation cycle and have sex...Get artificially inseminated....
Yeah, you should be covered if you do any one of those things...
