i have firefox and i do not have that problem. check for spyware.. and search for trend micro house call and do that.

Ok, there is a new thing going around called nsis, it is an automatic installer put out by nullsoft that the baddies have co-opted to put trojans on your puter.
It works on both fierfox and explorer and is a pain in the cheese hole to get rid of!

i use and for the most part love firefox browser but i have the same problem as you. it does not happen every time but it does happen often.i would like to know why myself and what to do about it.
