yes go back and explain that your order was screwed up. burger king will probably give you a coupon for free french fries with your next order. they are in the people pleasing business and they have a pretty good reputation for trying to make things right.

I tend not to complain about the food mainly because poor quality is expected from a fast food restaurant. One time I went through Wendy's drive-thru and ordered 2 of those Jr Bacons because I was super poor and they gave me 3 orders of the chicken strips. I was like... Hell Yeah! No complains here and I sped off before they could catch their mistake.

You should go back and explain that your order was messed up! Give them an opportunity to correct your order! If you receive a hassle complain to directly to the higher ups!

Sure go back and complain but 9 times out of 10 it won't do you any good. Maybe you will get something free. I would call the complaint department.

If you *****, odds are you'll just piss the people off. And you don't really want that to be your goal either. But if you go back, and explain the problem and situation, they'll probably give you either something else free of charge or some coupoons.

its o.k. to complain when you get poor service, after all you are paying for the product. But there is no need to be nasty, just explain what is wrong and what it will take to make it right.

you should to every place you are not satisfied with. That's why you are paying for your food, you are not asking for it for free. Get what you want not what they give you!
