I think in all states that the legal age for a teen to make a decision is 17 but I also know that if you are under legal age and this other person is 10 years older then that person's parents can press charges against the other person for having sex with a minor.

Depends on what the 10 year difference is....15 to 25, 16 to 26, 18 to 28...and a successful marriage is what you make it.

Umm, if you had sex with a 10 yr old there won't be marriage there will be you in jail, if your over 18
