I knew the exact part you were talking about, and how odd that we just watched that movie 2 nights ago. So I just put it on again, watched it again and again, that part. I can't figure it out. Little one seems to think they say "it's a villager" but I don't think so, lol. It does kinda sound like that though.

"At Harryhausen's Sushi Restaurant, employees shout, "Get a paper bag!" whenever somebody walks through the door. In Japan, it is customary for employees of any store to shout "irasshaimase!" (pronounced ee-rah-shai-mah-seh"). The monsters shouting, "Get a paper bag!" is a phonetic reference to this fact. There's a similar Japanese reference in Toy Story 2 (1999) (see Trivia)."

I dont know but as a mom I have wondered that myself. I think you and I have watched that movie way to many times. Thats funny that you even remember the name of the restaurant.
