Yes, and I admit to being a little wordy from time to time. It is the people who copy and paste from Wilkepedia that bug me. If someone wants a Wilkepedia answer, I'm sure they can look it up themselves.

It depends on the situation. If someone has a serious problem, there are probably a lot of factors that lead up to that and in order to make an educated responce you must be informed of all of them, but I've seen questions like, "What should I do now?" and they ramble on about how they're so bored and there's nothing good on tv, etc.

Yes, even I tend to ramble or give too much information sometimes, especially when it's a subject I am familiar with or interested in. But if the person who asked the question decides they don't want to read it, then they don't have to. That's what's cool about this place. :)

It depends on the question. On "deep" questions, sometimes I think the asker probably likes those long, informative answers. Myself, I prefer the shorter, funny answers though :)

They can be too long, but I don't think they can be too informative. Its always good to ask about something and get a ton of information back (thats related, of course). At least, it is in my opinion.

Yes, definitely. I admire those answering serious questions, tho, who put down a lot of knowledge including websites. I just don't have the patience to investigate that deeply or read those!!

I agree but people are in the Community to earn points and they'll give their all just to get 10 points.

i agree people can ramble on too much..
if their answer looks to long.. it could be brilliant but wont be read because it is too lengthy.
