No, the song "Catch the wind" was recorded by Donovan. Bob Dylan wrote and recorded "Blowln' In The Wind."
Catch the wind was also recorded by Joan Baez and her late sister Mimi Baez Farina. I love their version the best.

Dylan did NOT write it and the Doors never recorded it. As some have correctly mentioned already, the song was written and first recorded by Donovan in 1965.
