1. She will be fatter than normal. You may even notice the outline of egg shapes on the sides of her belly.
2. She will be agitated and pace in her cage.
3. She will dig in her substrate. You DO have some moist soil or sand for her to dig and bury her eggs don't you?
4. Pregnant collards will slightly change their coloration.
5. She might lose her appetite.
Good luck.

Well, if you don't have a male in the same cage with her she's not pregnant. You'll probably see the lizards mating, because they only mate during the day (unless you keep their light on overnight). When they mate, one just lays on top of the other. Much like frogs, except they won't generally move unless startled badly. Watch the hidey-places for eggs, and if you see them, it might be best to section off a part of the terrarium, or to move them to a different terrarium, because parents will eat their baby lizards, or the eggs. This is regardless of if they have food, because store-bought lizards are usually somewhat domesticated, and this messes with their parenting instincts. A heat light will be sufficient to keep the eggs alive. Ask the pet store or a vet for more advice if you see eggs.
