No - actually I don't take one media's opinion only until I research on my own and validate.

It's good to watch and hear the news from different sources, then you can get a feeling whether that media is truly reflecting what's going or or reporting what is being "told" to report.

Watch this (windows media video, mostly english footage) and then answer the question:

The above documentary is used by dutch journalism colleges, to teach the dangers of media in the hands of special interest groups.

Americans are better of trusting other sources, public tv, rather than commercial networks.

If you don't trust the enemy, at least trust your biggest ally, the british, and follow world news through BBC:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/

You'll be much better off.. in general, reliable news is more about quantity. Follow the same news from as many different sources as possible.. the more sources (preferably internationally), the more options you have to choose from, otherwise, there really is no such thing as choice.. even if you are convinced it is really your own choice and own opinion.. it won't be.

Of course some people take Fox news seriously. The shows producers and reporters couldn't get it on the air if they didn't take it seriously. It's not easy putting together a news-like program. Everyone involved in the show takes it very seriously.

Shepard Smith is not bad, he seems to report the news as journalists are supposed to, with as many facts as possible and as few opinions as possible. And he's good looking. John Kasek - I'm not sure of the spelling or if he's still on, has a good show, with a traditional conservative point of view. He actually seems to think about issues and opinions and often lets his guest talk!

There, I've said some good things about Fox News.

Why can't liberals just change the channel to CBS? Have you all lost your remotes???

We conservatives have just one network among how many? We have the Washington Times and Rush and Ann.

Yet I hear all the time that conservative voices must be silenced one way or the other.

Screw you. Ever heard of the first amendment?

Ahhhh!! "We report..You decide" Now, what kind of a slogan is that? It sure does not give me confidence in what they choose to report! But, I adore many of the night time host and do find their opinions worth talking about or argueing over, as the case may be!

Fox is the least biased news on the air, unless of course you are a liberal pansy who can't take the truth. Go back to your Demobrat liberal spin if "you can't handle the truth!"

I just look at the pictures ... their OPINIONS are mute to me.

Why has Fox cancelled their "Freedom Fry" Promotion? Is it perhaps because France was Right about Iraq?
