I suggest fast paced music (not too fast that makes you jump all over the place and not too slow so you are not following the beat of the song) on the kind of genre that you like (R&B, hip hop, rock, country, rap, ext...) and start pumping those new mussles! Works really great. So great that I lost 20 lbs so far and keeping it off!
