consider the question ... only women and men are capable of Evil .....So , We are all evil, women haven't had the opportunity to act out as men have but... women are secretive and consequently , capable of evil just as men are . It's just not as "in the open " as men are .

You can't say one sex is more evil then the other. It solely depends on ones nature, whether it was the way they were raised or an event or tragedy that happened to them in a time of their lives that has caused them to possess the evil nature that they have inhabited.

Both the same amount but it is really different in the tactics.
Men will be more straight forward and confrontational. Where as women are more Catty and do a number on you when you don't think it's coming. "Behind your back that is" "Sneaky" "underhanded" "covert".
The number one way for a women to attempt murder is by poison, because of just what I said above...

I'd have to say "men". While there are very evil females, a lot of their problems probably come from having very evil fathers.

Men are best at straight forward right in your face evils.
Women are best at underhanded & silent evils.
