When I was a much younger man I was pretty messed up on alcohol and meth. One night a friend and I were scoring some drugs and this guy who looked like a greaseball was walking across the street and I yelled something at him. He took offence to this and came and kicked my friend in the head. Well we started to follow him, I had some brass knuckles and my buddy had a knife. This guy sat on a park bench and we then sat on either side of him and started lipping at him. Next thing you knew he was standing up holding onto his side and then fell over. Well it appears that my friend had stabbed him pretty good. This guy ended up being messed up on drugs also and was hospitalized in a mental institution for quite a while. When he got out the trail was still going on and he could not/or would not identify who it was that stabbed him. Sadly this guy ended up taking his own life a short while later, and I felt responsible for this for many years. So if there was ever one day in history that I could change it would be the day that this young man was stabbed as then the rest would never have happened.

The obvious answer is 9/11/2001. While I was nowhere near NYC, my husband was so disturbed by the news, he had a stroke and died a year and a half later. I'd love to have him back again. I wish 9/11 had never happened to any of us.

I would go back to July 13 of this year. I aggravated a bone spur in my shoulder that day, through repetitive motion, and I'm still doing therapy to correct it.I know it sounds selfish, but less pain would make my life better.

Today, is the only day I have in influence on. Most of the historical events had a reason behind them. Thank God we aren't in the dark ages anymore

I wouldn't change any day in my history. If I did I wouldn't be who I am today and I like who I am!

September 11th is the obvious choice - and I wish one of us could...

Personally, for me, it was a day back in May of 1989.
