Ok, your walking in your favorite book store with your sweet boyfriend. You both go to get some coffee, when you realize the guy thats making your coffee is your verbally abusive ex. He immidiatly starts cursing at you, and threatening to beat your sweet new guy up. What do you do? You know you can report him to his manager, but what can you do before getting to that point?

Calm down and walk away. Someone has to be the bigger person and you should not want to be the one to entertain that stupid thought of his. You are no longer a child because when you become an adult you put away childish things.

Tell him that he needs to move on cuz ur in love with someone else and that there's other girls out there for him that u love the other guy and he loves u GOOD LUCK

run to the good guy, alert him, and you two then go together to the manager and report.. like they say, every dog has it's day.. give to the butthole
