do you believe in this? I mean the situation when you're in love with only one and only girl and you're NOT interested in girls in general. you've fallen for the person, for her heart and soul, but it happened that she was a girl. what do you think, guys?

There are many levels of love and most of them do not involve any form of sexual gratification.

I have a two very close friends that are straight, whom I love very deeply. I have no sexual desires for these men. I have no no physical or sexual contact with either of these friends, other than hugs (one of them has given me a kiss on the cheek and forehead). I just love them as friends, without conditions, motive, or expectations other than to be loved in return.

Loving someone just because they are themselves is purest form of love and is never wrong. Just because you have the ability to care so deeply for someone and love them is not an indication that you are homosexual in anyway.

It happens all the time. It's just an intensity of friendship, a kind of intoxication with someones personality that's indistinguishable from being "in love". But there's simply no directly sexual element within it.

Young women have traditionally been allowed, even expected, to have those kind of relationships; labelled "a phase", it's something one is expected to outgrow and leave behind, as we leave behind most child-like attachments.
It's only in the last half century or so that the idea has become laced with sexual implications, and disapproved.

That means the girl is bisexual but has only found one girl who she is attracted to in a loving way. Yes it can happen.

It's possible. I have a friend who's married to a woman, but she still identifies as straight.

everything is possible! maybe you're just in love with this one girl, maybe you are lesbian, maybe you're hetero, just making one experience....it's all possible and only you know what's going on in your heart....
