Cake - I Will Survive, Modest Mouse - The World at Large, AeroSmith - Sweet Emotion, Foo fighters - Best of You, Thrice - Image of the Invisible, Lostprophets - We Still Kill the Old Way, Modest Mouse - Gravity Rides Everything, Queen & Bowie - Under Pressure, Metallic - On the Road Again. All of those songs come to mind =) I cant choose my favorite, thats like asking a parent who their favorite child is.

Hands down the Lauryn Hill remix of Bob Marley's "Turn Your Lights Down Low."

For second place, the old jazz song "Come Rain or Come Shine." I prefer the Billie Holiday version, while my grandma would vote for Judy Garland...but with that kind of intergenerational appeal, it definitely deserves a mention.
