I think it mainly depends on the people and the experience. Although I know a lot of men that are frustrated because women can have multiple "O's" and they can only one. Of course, they can have more than one with practice, but I have yet to meet a man that has done the work successfully.

To enjoy sex one has to be mature, whether the man or woman. Since woman need more time to reach the peak of the sexual excitement ending in orgasm, their male partners often fail to stimulate them enough and they do not reach orgasm. So myth is that the men enjoy sex more.
