First, make sure you also upload your pictures and not just the web page that displays the pics.

Next, double check the html code as sometimes Frontpage will save the code as ...desktop/documents/mypics/pic#1.jpg as opposed to just /pic#1.jpg.

Of course when you correct the html, it may show the "red x" on the Frontpage display, but it will show up on the actual web page.

It's because you are pointing to the photos on your hard drive but not uploading them to the web.

Back sure you import the file then point to it.

I don't. I suggest that you check the HTML for the picture source and size.
